Yogaraj Guggul is a traditional Ayurvedic formula, which helps to normalize the functioning of the musculoskeletal system.
 
Sattva Yogaraj Guggul contains a synergistic composition of herbs, such as Triphala, Citraka and Vidanga combined with Guggul. Helps to stop inflammatory processes in joints, relieve muscular and nervous tension in the ligaments, joints and tendons.

Main ingredients of Sattva Yogaraj Guggul capsules:
 
Chitraka - Leadwort (Plumbago zeylanica) - has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. Reduces the blood lipids and lipid deposits in the liver, helps to reduce blood cholesterol.
 
Pippali – Long pepper (Piper longum) - has strong antiseptic effect. Stimulates the functioning of gastrointestinal tract, increases the appetite, as well as gastric and pancreatic secretions. Eliminates bile stasis and relieves nausea. Has antipyretic properties. Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to treat sciatica, urinary system diseases and respiratory diseases.
 
Ajowan - Carum carvi  (Trachyspermum ammi) – is a powerful tonic for the digestive, respiratory and nervous systems. Improves metabolic processes affected by stagnation.
 
Vidanga – False Black Pepper (Embelia ribes) - improves intestine peristalsis, cleanses the liver and blood, and eliminates parasites.

Guggul - Mukul Myrrh Tree (Commiphora mukul) – the milky juice of its´ fruit is known as Guggul resin. Guggul is one of the most widely used ingredients in Ayurveda. Has strong cleansing and antioxidant effect. Reduces the cholesterol and prevents its accumulation in the body. Stimulates the digestive fire, increases thyroid function, normalizes lipid metabolism, and helps to eliminate toxins from the body.
 
Since the general condition of excessive Vata-dosha (Wind) in the body often leads to the problems related with the nervous, digestive and the musculoskeletal systems, it is necessary to follow some rules while taking this supplement.
 
For more stable and prolonged effect consume oily food only. It’s recommended to exclude those products from the diet, which may increase “the wind” in the body, such as cabbage, beans, wheat flour. Raw food is not recommended especially in the evening. Prolonged hunger and hypothermia are contraindicated.
 
According to Ayurveda, the general condition of Ama-Vata (excess of toxins in the joints) usually can be controlled by just correcting the diet together with oil massage and sweating. Therefore, it is especially recommended during the treatment apply warm oils - sesame, mustard, Mahanarayan and other oils for external use as well as taking warm shower or mild sauna. Apply warm oily compresses or massage warm oils into the injured area or inflamed joints.

Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica), Pippali (Piper longum), Ajowan (Trachyspermum ammi), Caraway (Carum carvi), False black pepper (Embelia ribes), Himalayan cedar (Cedrus deodara), Celery (Apium graveolens), Cumin (Cuminum сuminum), Piper chaba, Green cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), Costus (Saussurea lappa), Pluchea (Pluchea lanceolata), Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris), Coriander (Corriandrum sativum), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica), Amla (Emblica officinale), Black pepper (Piper nigrum), Indian bay leaf (Cinnamomum tamala), Guggul (Commiphora mucul), Rock salt, Ghee – clarified cow milk butter.

Dosage




Take 1-2 capsules 2 times per day after meal, preferably with a glass of warm water.

Indications




Arthrosis, arthritis, sciatica, osteoporosis, rheumatism, spine spondylosis, gout, bone and joints injuries, muscle and joint pain, heavy and painful legs, menstrual syndrome, hemorrhoids, fatigue, nervous exhaustion.

Contradiction




Individual intolerance to one or more ingredients of the formula, acute glomerulonephritis and pyelonephritis, gastritis, colitis and ulcer. Don’t use if pregnant or nursing. Children under the age of 3 years should not use it.
